Help! Please Identify Still Photographer at Hit and RunAccident

We had a press conference on Friday, April 11th on the Southlawn steps of City Hall for the Muscular Dystrophy and Firefighter's "Fill-the-Boot" Campaign. There was an MDA videographer who was hit and injured by a van in front of City Hall. Unfortunately, the van didn't stop, but in the pictures below you can see another still photographer wearing press credentials catching it on camera.

We would like to get a hold of this photographer to see if he captured the van's license plate or if he has any information. Can anyone identify who this is? We would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much!!!
